 In mid July I contacted Stephen regarding the purchase of a dock for my son and his fiancée for their new home on Pigeon Lake. From the outset, Stephen took the time to fully explain the various options and recommendations for the dock working within our budget. His professionalism and easy-going nature from the commencement of the process to the installation made it an easy and wise choice to go with his company. Within three days of our commitment to purchase the dock, Stephen was at the house to do a site inspection and within six days from the initial contact the dock was installed. My son and fiancée have already started enjoying the sunset from their Muskoka chairs on the dock. With the dock being eight feet wide, its like a deck to enjoy, rather than the traditional narrow docks. Absolutely no hard sales tactics whatsoever. The written quote that Stephen provided us broke down everything you are paying for, from the hardware to the actual finished product of the dock. Well done Big Daddy's Docks. You have allowed my son and fiancée to now enjoy their waterfront verses just looking at it!
