My kids have shopped there quite a few times. I went before Christmas and purchased a DVD complete series. The lady said she checked and counted all the discs. I trusted her... big mistake. I did not check all the discs and I managed to loose the receipt...my mistake. Set is missing 2 discs. Went back, she remembered me. She was agreeable to getting the discs for me. She said she'd call in a week. It's been 2. I called to check up and she still does not have the discs. I mentioned I was almost at Season 10 (2 discs missing) and that if she is not able to get them, then I would like a refund at least for the cost of me buying season 10 on Amazon (2 day delivery, $15.00). Mid sentence she said no refund and hung up on me. As the old saying goes...buyer beware and be smarter than I was. This place, this owner, lacks integrity and has proven that, no matter where you live or how old they are, these kind of people will always exist. You have now lost 4 customers within my household and I will make sure to share my story with the many people I know in Orillia and elsewhere. Good job on your customer service skills and using your judgement and mathematical skills at losing, at most $15.00 by getting the disks for me, new or used. Hopefully, a few people will read this review and stay clear of such an establishment. Price of season 10 on Amazon, $15.00. Cost of integrity...priceless. Elizabeth Power
