Dear Retail Partners,
 
“To ensure product integrity and quality standards are maintained, we have implemented a temporary two-week hold on all our 10L (6 week wine) and 14L (8 week wine) kits prior to their release into the marketplace.  This measure will continue while we work through a sporadic issue we are experiencing on our packaging line.

This proactive measure may result in a temporary shortage of some 10L and 14L products. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the quality of our products.
 
Additionally, due to the extended hold period, the launch of our highly anticipated February Winexpert Limited Edition (LE) release will be delayed by a few weeks. We understand the importance of this launch and assure you we are expediting the resolution process to minimize any further impact on our product release schedule.
 
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work diligently to resolve this matter and maintain the high standards you expect from our products.
