A caller shared this original artwork. It was included in a thank you note that explained how Telecare Distress Line Volunteers helped her to make it through her difficult days living with a mental health diagnosis. She called it "light/dark/bipolar". Many of our callers live with some diagnosis as do many of our friends, family and coworkers.
