President’s Message December 2022
Good Evening Ladies!
We are quickly approaching the end of 2022. Feels like forever. Never thought we’d get here.
Please join us for our next dinner meeting on Wednesday December 14th.
Reserve your spot now so we can plan. reserve@orilliabusinesswomen.com
Due to planning for restaurant staff and activities, we will not be able to accommodate late comers.
Don’t forget to wear your Pearls and Plaid!! We have some fun activities planned for us all.
We are still accepting non-perishable food items for The Sharing Place, as well as clean reusable shopping bags for their clientele.
Also, we’ve changed the name “Toonies for Tampons” to “Toonies for Toiletries” as Uplifting Blessings is in great need right now of various items for all ages and genders. Due to your generosity, we will be making a donation to this cause both in November and December.
Remember, beginning in January we will start meeting once a month to plan our 2023 Gala and will need more members to join the committee. Like the old saying goes, “Many hands (and feet) make light work”. I guarantee you will find this committee both enjoyable and rewarding.
Until we see you in December, Stay safe, stay healthy.
With Warmest of Regards,
Sharon L. Van Noort, OBWA President
