Jeff and his team have been supporting me for over ten years now. He delivers salt for my system regularly and just installed a new drinking tap and filters. All work details, timing and price are clearly detailed, followed up wonderfully by everyone on the team. I can’t say anything but kind words about The Water Market. Definitely 5 star service!

Generally content except for a few items:
1. Installers unaware they were to remove old equipment. Still here. Please arrange for removal at a later date in spring.

2. Slow drip at sink in RO system.

3. Slow drip in basement at a RO connection.

4. Credit for returned UV lamps not shown. Two.

5. 2 bags of our Sifto salt added to new softener system. Is this OK?

Just had a new home water filtration system installed. Jay was fantastic, very friendly, very knowledgeable. Entire job from talking to Jennifer to having Jay install the system was 100% perfect!!!!! 7 out of 5 stars. Thanks again!!!!

Jeff took the time and come to the store on a Saturday during his day off to help me out with my UV system. He had the parts in stock and went through the system with me. Great customer service which unfortunately do get with many places anymore. Thanks Jeff

Jeff personally installed our Kinetico water filtration system, and it has worked beautifully ever since. Previous to this machine, we needed to add potassium permanganate which was very messy and costly. We are so pleased to have being able to switch to a self-reliant system as it is cleaner, much more cost efficient with less maintenance. The customer service was exceptional. I whole heartedly recommend them.

The Water Market has been our go to source for water treatment for over 10 years. We’ve had an iron/sulphur filter and an Ultraviolet bacteria removal system installed. Very pleased with both. We also use the Water Markets drinking water bottle refill station at the store for our water cooler. For one of life’s necessities, we trust the Water Market for all our water issues!

We are very pleased with the services we have received from the Water Market in Orillia. We installed a Kinetico water system within the past year and it has solved our water quality concerns. Jeff was able to explain clearly the pros and cons of such a system and we felt no pressure from him.

Once we made up our mind installation occurred quickly and carefully and we were good to go. The Water Market also offers good follow up services if we should need them and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them.

No reason to go anywhere else!! Jeff and his team have done both of our house and the one we are in now has been over 10 years with the best Kenetico Water System in it! TRUELY pros and would say if you do not have one of these systems in your house it should be on your list of priorities do in the new year. I highly recommend Jeff and his team!!

Jeff came to our new build home and showed us all of the options without any sales pressure. We purchased both a softener and a iron removing system. Customer service was great with any minor issues in tweaking setup being taken care of right away. Highly recommend!
