After a lot of thought and a tough decision, Orillia First Aid will now be charging a $25 non refundable deposit to hold a spot in one of our courses effective August 1, 2016. It is unfortunate that few people have ruined the trust we had extended to our clients to honor coming to a class they booked with out paying in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience. To be clear the deposit does go toward the cost of the course. It is only non refundable if you fail to attend the course or reschedule if life happens.
