One again Orillia First Aid regrets that as of August 1, 2016 we will be charging a $25 non refundable fee for booking courses with us. This saddens us as we have always had a trusting relationship with our customers to honor attending a course they have booked without paying in advance. However Orillia First Aid has been plagued with no shows to the point of having to cancel courses that had been thought to be good to run. Orillia First Aid hopes this will not inconvenience any of our students and that they will be understanding. The fee would go toward the payment of the course. It would only be non refundable for no show. failure to cancel with 48 hours notice or failure to reschedule.
