CrestBD and the MDAO is hosting a series of online webinars to help those with bipolar disorder and others access the evidence and resources in the Bipolar Wellness Centre. Each 30 minute webinar will provide you with a summary of current research evidence on the relationship between each life area, quality of life and bipolar disorder, as well as pointing you to some tools and resources to help you flourish in that area of your life. The topics range from the importance of sleep , the importance of leisure to how to deal with bipolar while working.
