ACM Metal Forming has been a supplying a wide range of small metal components to the automotive, electronics and electrical appliance industries since 1988.

Production equipment ranges up to 60 ton capacity on presses and 8 ton / slide Multi-slide forming equipment.

ACM primarily produces small parts. Wire forms range from 0.012" to 0.312" diameter (0.3 mm - 7.95 mm) with a maximum 8" (~205 mm) feed, Stampings are from 0.005" to 0.064" thick (0.12 mm - 1.65 mm) by 5" wide (~125 mm).

Our materials experience includes primarily: Flat Strip, Wire and Flat wire plain Carbon steels, Stainless steels, Pure Copper & various copper alloys (Brass, Bronze, Beryllium Copper…) and Aluminum. This is NOT a definitive list.

Products include Reel to reel terminals, electrical contacts, retaining clips, bus bars, adapters, mounting clips, spring clips, balance clips, heat sinks, flat springs, spring tensioners, hose clamps…
