Our Story

Started by Mother and Son duo Nancy & Colton McIsaac in 2018, Bakes by the Lake is Orillia's first dedicated gluten and dairy free bakery. We offer a variety of products and services including custom cake orders and event catering.  Our baked goods contain zero artificial sweeteners, flavours or colours. Swing by our bake shop to see what we have to offer including a variety of baked goods, preserves and hot drinks for good measure! You don't have to be gluten and dairy free our enjoy our goodies!
