It was an unexpected pleasure to meet such a professional gentleman, who really was accommodating to do business with.

Carl sized a favorite ring for me AND made a new wedding band to compliment it, in less than one hour. They are so comfortable and were sized perfectly. Love the set.

I feel Carl cares about customer satisfaction and I plan to have this goldsmith create some new jewelry creations for me in the near future.
