CrossFit Exhilarate exchanged hands at the beginning of 2016 and has always been located in Orillia, Ontario.
Tucked away across from Kitchener Park, we have the best of both worlds... a wonderful training facility, and an amazing area outdoors to play with.
Our foundation on CrossFit is has allowed us to continuously grow and take training to another level. The fundamental movements performed at high intensity in constantly varied situations is an ideology that was developed by Greg Glassman and evolved to become CrossFit.
The reason it has become so widely known and adapted everywhere is because it works! Since Cody took over CrossFit Exhilarate, his belief has been to stick to the same ideology. In order to remain constantly varied, new introductions of classes such as MMA, Kids classes, more/different equipment have been added that continues to add to the growth of the gym.
The outstanding community we've built thanks to the amazing members has allowed us to shed that mentality of machoism or having egos. Our community is active in being inclusive and stems from a likeness in our love for working out, and pushing and supporting each other.
We are much more than just a gym - WE'RE A TEAM.
