What can I say, I absolutely love Functional Fitness and Crystal, Thomas and Chris! The care they gave to my father-in-law incredible! As I watched from the sidelines, I saw that not only were they dedicated to the well being of all those that came they made everyone care about each other and cheer each other on. Functional Fitness works for me whereas countless others have not. I’ve been attending on a more or less regular basis for two years. It’s the longest period of commitment I’ve ever been able to sustain at a fitness centre. I attribute my success to the immense talent of the staff, their 1:1 approach to training and rehab, their humour, patience, and kindness. The atmosphere is non-competitive, supportive and friendly. I am so lucky to have Crystal, Thomas and Chris on my side.

I Love Crystal, Thomas and Chris! They always help me with whatever my needs are that day. And my needs change everyday! I'm a 31 year old with MS and going to Functional Fitness 2-3 times a week for almost 3 years has helped me immensely with my condItion. Thanks so much for your caring and support!
