I confess. I am a binge learner. I believe everyone wants to know as much as they can about themselves. I have spent hours learning about values, interests and skills. People are happy and successful when they align who they are, with what they do. I know so many people who love what they do for a living. They crafted the plan to fit who they are and who they want to be!The Holland Code is one measure of 'who' I am...SEA..Social, Enterprising and Artistic. In my youth I did not consider myself artistic in the least. Imagine my surprise when I learned that being an "Ideator" (one of my Strengths) means being creative with thoughts. My mind loves to create new thinking, new ideas, and so I binge learn. And then I teach. That's the social and enterprising part of my brain at work.Check out the 6 categories of the Holland Code.
