Boathouse Construction

• We build complete boathouses with marine railway systems custom built to fit your boat with the rails embedded into the concrete floor for less
  trip hazards and safety.
• When it comes to docks the options are endless.  Floating, permanent, seasonal and lift docks.  Choosing the right dock for your location is always a challenge but let us help and we will design a system that will suit your needs and budget!

Shoreline & Hardscape Installations

• Our barging division allows us water access to properties that most companies cannot get to. Water access minimizes property disruption and in some cases may be the only answer if elevations don’t permit the use of equipment safely.

• We have done a wide variety of shoreline & hardscape installations using wood, granite boulders, and steel retaining walls. The possibilities are endless.

  Barging Services

• Our barging services allows us to work on unique properties with limited access. Our barge has the capability to take cement trucks, lumber trucks full of material, dump trucks fully loaded and just about anything else you can think of! The size of the barge allows for the machinery to be on deck while we dredge and still bring a considerable amount of material to shore for removal.  The jobs that we have done include marinas, boathouses with wet slips and areas that sediment has built up over the years so that people cannot get their boats in and out any longer.
• We have also provided salvage services for various marinas that have had clients hit something on the water or homeowners that have had issues with marine railway failures causing the boats to get trapped.
• You will find the Captain and Crew navigating the waters of Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching from the beginning of May until December.

Commercial Marine Construction

• We can take care of all your commercial marine construction needs including dredging, permanent docks, floating docks, new boat launches, covered slips, new showrooms, landscaping, and much more.
• All steel floating docks are built in our yard. Our permanent docks are built on site and boat launches are custom tailored to suit the needs within the marina. We have recently partnered with Poralu Marine to provide aluminum floating docks where the configuration possibilities are endless and changeable as your marina grows.

Environmentally Friendly Septic System Installation

• While working on the water, we recognized the need for tertiary septic system installation. Our staff is licensed to install and maintain Waterloo Biofilter and Premier Tech systems.
• We have installed numerous systems for commercial and residential uses and are affiliated with sewage pumpers that are capable of using our barging services to maintain island properties on Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching.
• We are part of the Roth multi-tank certified installer program which provides property owners with peace of mind and a better warranty on their tanks.
