Hi, I’m Ashleigh!
I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.), a Flower Essence Practitioner, a holistic energy practitioner, and a curious lifelong learner.
I approach health from a whol-istic view. At a profound level, I believe that we limit our own potential when we perceive our bodies from a purely physical perspective. I believe that we have to consider our physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, environmental, AND energetic well-being for optimal health.
In my practice, we are all onions and it doesn’t take long to discover that true health often re-emerges as we peel back the layers. Rarely is there one single cause to our health challenges—after all, we are complex beings with lifetimes of experience. Even rarer is there a single solution or supplement that would work for everyone!
