Chef and owner Kalvin Sherry came from humble beginnings. Being raised was not like any other person. constant hours in the kitchen through various banquet halls and restaurants, migrating to the canadian rockies to take on a journey not many get to experience. with over 13 years behind his belt, He has overseen countless staff, special events and weddings. to date, Kalvin has experienced close to 2000 weddings and corporate events. Every wedding and event takes a special know how on execution, creativity and personality. He will spend days or even months to ensure your wedding goes just as imagined.
