Crossroads staffing is very inexperienced when it comes to recruitment. Sent me to a temp driver position without even checking out the establishment. The place was a health and safety hazard with an accident waiting to happen. Contacted Laura and she told me she was busy last week but would contact me Thursday or Friday to discuss. Never heard a word. The do orientation but have no idea how screen potential employers. Run as fast as you can away from this agency as they don't care about you just getting there money.With an all women staff they do not have the potential for screening employers that is only suitable men. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for employment help as this place is an accident waiting to happen.

I do not feel this review is fair. We have worked with this employer for several years, have inspected the work place, and have sent over 10 qualified employees to this location and have never had a complaint regarding them or their safety. You contacted me on the weekend and we did discuss your concerns, I am very disappointed that you do not recall my concern for you. I did need time to look into the situation and I did so because we do care and take Health and Safety very seriously. A woman would be more than capable of doing the job we sent you to and has nothing to do with our screening candidates or employers.
