We then create a practical plan that gets to the root of issues and ensures you have what you need to succeed.
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with a Masters Degree (MA) from Wilfrid Laurier University. I have extensive world-class training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. From my training in marriage and family therapy I also bring a deep understanding of how relationships can impact our lives from childhood into adulthood.
