Absolutely Fabulous!
They had to cut my wedding band off and then repaired it and 2 other rings for me. The rings came back better than what o even could imagine and under the original quote.

My family had my watch repaired - replace crystal - in October 2021. The crystal "fell out" approx. a year and a half after installation. I came to the store with no receipt and asked what they could do with it. I was told that they would try to find paperwork and get in touch with me. I returned to the store on June 28 and was told the watch was in Orillia. I was also told they found the original paperwork while I waited and they showed it to me when the watch was brought in. This is an outright lie. I was never shown the paperwork when I brought the watch in. I am not sure what repairs were ordered now and, my fault, I did not read the paper I signed this time. However, the staff kindly informed me that there is only a one year warranty on the work they did previously. I do not understand how a crystal "falls" out of a watch if the installation was done properly and was not offered any explanation other than it is only a one year warranty. It appears to me - shoddy workmanship!
We have done a lot of business at this store and, to say the least, am very disappointed at the service received this time around. I requested they return the watch to me in the same condition as when I left it there. It remains to be seen if I receive a call when I can pick it up or will I have to chase.

I am a repeat customer at P.D Murphy because they consistently provide a level of customer service that is rare in today's 'throw away' society. Today my daughter had her 1.5 year old gold earrings replaced free of charge due to a manufacturing issue. No receipt and no questions asked. So appreciated! Many thanks to John and his staff.

I recently visited this store and was looking for a tree of life ring, found one that I liked but they did not have my size. They offered to mail it to me. So I ordered the ring and today I am a happy customer for the ring arrived today.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would recommend this store to anyone.
