First time meeting Shayne today and she is by far the best nail technician I have “ever” dealt with. The quality of her work, the time she took, the explanations of all the techniques used and why, as well as the high safety standards to protect her customers were exceptional. I didn’t feel rushed and being an extreme nailbitter she knew exactly how to make my nails look amazing. Looking forward to my next visit!

Thanks Shayne; for the beautiful nails that you create for me, Shayne has a way of creating unique and different designs for everyone and each personality as I know a lot of the women who go and everyone's nails are done very professionally, she takes the time to care for us all. The conversation is good and she makes you feel very comfortable.

Had a pedicure last week. Although not a Perfect 10 it was acceptable as far as the polish goes. I have never gone anywhere that did not have a heated massage foot bath. Soaking your feet into a stainless steel bowl in lukewarm water is just not acceptable. The charge was $40.....she did not trim my nails, remove polish or do any callous filing. Very overpriced for what was done. Although Shayne was very pleasant....definitely would not recommend this place.

I am so sorry that you feel that you did not get your money’s worth. It is our policy to see that the health of the feet and nails are our priority. I would be glad to address your personal concerns with you either in person or over the phone. I do not believe that addressing your issues regarding your feet should be done publicly as we keep all client information confidential. As far using stainless steel bowls we choose them over heated bowls for sanitation reasons. Often the large chairs are not cleaned properly leaving the client in danger of contracting fungus or bacterias

I have been going to Shayne for a couple of years now..she has special training to look after diabetic feet and nails. She is exceptional in how she cares about trimming my toenails and sloughing off the dry skin on my feet, she massages it with a honey emollient and I feel sooo pampered when I leave. Thank you Shayne for your caring ways.

I have been using Perfect 10's nail services for the better part of a year now. I love the results I get at Perfect 10. My nails are healthier and the designs that are applied to my nails are outstanding. I have been to several other nail techs in Orillia, and none of them can compare to the quality and service that I get at Perfect 10. Thank you Shayne.
