Phoenix Health & Fitness is a Co-ed fitness facility.  All brand name equipment such as Cybex, Stairmaster, Ivanko free weights, Star Trac, and Vision.

You don't have to be a member to use our facility.  Short term memberships and day passes are available. 

Personal Training is available for an additional fee.

Daily fitness classes are included in the membership fees.  Hot yoga, Pilates, Core, Step, Ballet Booty, Fitball, Stability Ball, Bounding, Body Bar, Boxercise and many other themes are regularly offered.
