We had a short cycling well pump and Scot and Jessie diagnosed it on Thursday and then on Friday, 2 days before Christmas, installed a new water pump and pressure tank. They were great to work with. A special shout out to Mike my daughter's partner who went down the wheel for the connect /disconnect. With a crowd coming over the next week water is a great luxury. Thanks to everyone!
Scott and Jesse did a fabulous job. Friendly and very knowledgeable. They installed a new heat line in my existing water line. They also coordinated the job with an electrician. I recommend this company.
Called regarding a stubborn clogged kitchen sink. I spent 3 hours pouring baking soda/vinegar and snaking. Jeremy arrived and resolved our issue within a reasonable time. He was pleasant, diligent and kept everything clean. The invoice was fair for the time and effort. First time customer, and will definitely call Polyb for future needs.
Highly recommend. Poly-B plumbing. Excellent customer service and very committed to serving their clients. We needed new plumbing in our basement for laundry machines and some other plumbing retrofits, and Paul did a great job with the craftsmanship and adhering to our schedule.

Scott came to my house on time..actually squeezed me in at the end of the day and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue! Would recommend Poly B anytime!
What I appreciate most about this company was that they came out the same day that I had plumbing issues. The plumber was very easy going and was able to perform the work.
Payment however has been an issue and their communication not so great. I was advised my card failed and I assured them there was funds on it. They waited two days to call me and declined to send an estimate for the plumbing that needed to be fixed until payment was processed... meanwhile I had no toilet or shower!!
I would suggest them to work on their communication and send an estimate immediately as I didn't have time to wait three days just for a quote while I had no toilet or running water in my home.

Unfortunately the card number provided would not allow us to process the payment. Our office staff kindly alerted you of the issue and offered two other options. Poly-B Plumbing did a great job fixing our plumbing issue. Their rates were fair and not inflated. They were courteous, friendly and professional. Scott went above and beyond to make sure our issue was fixed. We recently moved into a very old home in Orillia and had many issues with smells, when washer was running and overall water drainage... Paul responded to my message quickly and was there the next day! He quickly assessed and identified 4 different issues causing all of our problems.. He resolved our issues quickly, and for a very reasonable cost.. I can't even say how impressed I was with his customer service.. We originally called Poly-B last year when we had a recurring backup. He was quick to respond and resolve our immediate issue, informing us of the underlying cause and tips to avoid future backups, all at an affordable price.
We contacted Poly-B this summer to have the underlying issue fixed. I still can't believe how quickly Paul was able to fit us in and get everything done. Especially the work on site; taking up a portion of the basement floor, excavating the front yard, and putting it all back together in less than 2 days.
Professional, knowledgeable and a super nice guy in general. Shout out to his hard working wife Jody too, who kept us informed throughout the project.

We had a terrible smell in our home 2 days before Christmas and called Poly-B . He came out , found the problem and told us how to fix it. He didn’t charge us a cent and was very polite and knowledgeable. We are doing major renovations in the future and plan on calling Poly-B! Great service!
