Regent Tool & Die Ltd is a privately owned Ontario Corporation. The company began as a small tool and die service shop in 1959. The company was purchased in 1985 by Robert Hooper, a tool and die professional who started his apprenticeship at Regent Tool. Beginning in a small space of 1,600 square feet, Regent Tool has progressed through two major expansions and continues to expand as a family operated the business.

In  July 2012, Regent Tool finished a 3rd building expansion and renovation. We now operate out of a 16,000 square foot climate controlled building. The main focus of Regent Tool is CNC machining for the Petro Chemical, Mineral Exploration, Mining, Construction, and Automotive industries.

Highly skilled tool and die, makers, CNC machinists, CAD/CAM specialists, and a dedicated team of administrative and support staff make up the Regent team of professionals.

The commitment of our management to excellence has attracted and retained tool and die, professionals, machinists, and technicians who understand and take pride in their work. This team of highly qualified specialists represents a vital asset to our company.

The Regent Tool policy has always been to place emphasis on quality, timely delivery, and price. Services

CMM Service

Coordinate-measuring machines are used to measure the geometric shapes of objects. We control it by computer or manually. Once the process begins a probe is by computer, carefully determines the exact shape. CMM is used for measuring profiles, determining shaft dimensions, measuring dimensions, measuring angles, depth maps or creating a digital images.

Precision Grinding Service

For the finest surface finishes, precision grinding ensures finished beauty and exact dimensions. We have the in-house equipment to produce sophisticated parts with laser-guided accuracy. Regent Tool’s cylindrical grinding machines will meet and exceed your expectations. When milling and turning don’t “cut” it the 0 tolerance of precision grinding is the best solution.

Lathe Turning Service

We produce rods, pulleys, and hubs. Our CNC machinists quickly set up computer controlled lathes to accurately produce your piece.
