Both my daughter and I love the magnesium balm. We use it every night before bed and it gives us the best sleeps ever! I noticed my sleep score on Fitbit has really improved since I started using it. 5 stars. It was recommended that I use the balm more than twice per day. Both my husband and myself tried this on arthritic areas as well as other injuries and were impressed with how much it helped.
