I suffer from rotator cuff issues. Normally I cannot lift my arm past my waist the day after painting my walls in my home. Using the balm before and after allowed me to finish painting it all. I started using the face cream as well and noticed a change, feels amazing and love how my skin feels. Can't wait to try other products 🙂
