Bought two new Minn Kota raptors from Amazon one was missing lower bumper and customer service did not do much to help me. My local shop pointed me to Rockey. Called them Very friendly service, and they took care of me getting me the parts that were missing in a very timely matter. Best customer service I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend this company.

Just got my reel back from Rockey's, they provide exceptional and exemplary service. I would never go anywhere else. I strongly recommend them for all fishing equipment repairs, all my fishing buddies go here for their equipment too. Very happy with the service - their customer service is outstanding! Great job guys.

Tamy at Rockeys is so friendly and helpful no Wonder they have such a réputation. ordering a part I made a mistake on the p/n so I called Tamy to order the right part and she's sending to me free of charge. Not a very expensive part but it was so nice of her to go out of her way to help me. Cudos and high praises to Tamy and Rocky's .

They should have more stars for reviewing this exceptional business. I have dealt with Tammy & Tyler for a few years now. They won't get rich off my small parts purchases but they still both are the most pleasant and helpful people I have ran into in a long time. They offer great advice and are always patient and willing to help resolve issues.
Orillia should be proud to have this business there and thanks again for all your help in keeping us on the water & fishing.

Last week....lost end nuts on pflueger handle....talked with Tammy and she checked and had handles in stock, then got them sent out to me right away.....PLEASURE to deal with and to talk to!!!!
This week....trolling motor steering went away....called and talked with Tammy who passed me onto Tyler who confirmed my suspicion that steering sensor board at fault....he ck'd stock and had one left...took payment and set it aside for me to pick up. Congrats to both of them for BEST possible customer service and for just taking the time to advise!!!

Broke a rod late last fall. Even with Covid shipping issues, etc, sent my rod to Tammy. Spring 2022, a box shows up at my door and it’s my new rod. Didn’t miss any bass action. Thanks a bunch Tammy, staff and Okuma fishing.

I had a minor disaster in that the steering on my Minn Kota trolling motor stopped working in the middle of my vacation. I was prepared to buy a new motor but they were not to be found due to Covid supply chain issues. I diagnosed the issue to be the main control board. Rockey's had the part I needed and I drove to Orillia to pick it up. I was thinking of replacing it myself but Tammy, the very nice receptionist, suggested that I bring the motor with me and that Tyler would do it if he had time. When I got there Tammy told me that if I could wait for a little bit Tyler would put in the board for me. I agreed and when they called me to say it was done Tammy indicated that the steering motor was also not working properly and it needed replacement as well and that it was what caused the control board to go in the first place. If I had replaced the board myself I would have fried it too, had no warranty and would have had to buy yet another one. I had the issue at 8:30am, found Rockey's on the web and spoke to them, drove to Orillia (2Hrs), they fixed it and I was back on the water at 6pm that night, amazing. Unbelievable service, you don't find that everyday. Thank goodness Tammy suggested that they do the repair even though I thought I could do it. Saved me a lot of money and aggravation.

I had an issue with a line counter in an Okuma Coldwater since the day I bought it. Contacted Rockey's and spoke with Tyler who recognized that it was under warranty and sent me one out ASAP. Couldn't be happier with the professionalism and service. Much appreciated folks!

Just a quick note to tell management and customers that Tyler is excellent. However, I am sure you already know this.

I have called him and used his expertise, knowledge and promptness for reel parts on a handful of occasions.

The correct parts are always received in a timely manner and priced as stated.

Unfortunately as I live far away in Petrolia ( near Sarnia) I am unable to drop by for my day to day fishing needs, but I do not hesitate to pass on information about your great service to anyone in need of repairs etc.

Two thumbs up, Tyler!

I called to find a handle for my Pflueger reel. Rockey's doesn't have that specific part because it's discontinued, but Tammy assured me she will work on the problem and call me tomorrow. That's commitment!

I have dealt with Rockey's previously. They fixed my reel expertly. Recently, Tyler gave me some great advice and sent me parts to fix my old level wind reel. Very reasonably priced. Excellent service. Double thumbs up.

Took it off boat and was at his place in Orillia hour and half later. Tyler was good enough to look at it right away(I live over hour away).....had parts and willing to repair same day!!!! Back on boat and working again late that same afternoon! How can you ask for more......we have a short season for our fishing so really appreciate this service. Thank You!

First time in really left a great impression. Had a 40 y/o Zebco real which I love...reel spool was broken and they had one in stock. wow

Also brought a Daiwa reel that could close thePG424 017 704CA bar on retrieval. He took it in the back room and in 3 minutes was back with a perfectly working reel. He refused to charge me for his work to fix my reel... If you need reel or electronics repairs...this is the place.
