Previously not everyone had an opportunity to receive a rebate due to the dangerous or repetitive aspects of their work. WSIB has restructured this program to form the Excellence program. The Excellence program not only helps Employers and their teams learn about safety but incorporate it into their daily tasks for this effort and growth WSIB is providing more opportunities for rebates and a better safety culture.‼️
