I have been seeing Cass and Amber for a couple years now and both are so talented at what they do, easy to talk to and very welcoming. My daughter is also a client of Amber’s. It warms my heart to see the attention that is given to her, not only by Amber but all of the staff. Every person greets her as she walks in and makes her feel like a celebrity. Amber always takes the time to make her hair cut fun, from animal print capes to letting her play with some of the hair accessories/tools. She is made to feel so special, as am I when sitting in Amber’s chair. Thank you to all of the staff for creating a safe, welcoming environment for us to come to. We appreciate you.
I have been going to Sharp Image Orillia for almost 2 years now. My stylist is Katie Prada, and Katie always makes me happy with my cut, colour and highlights. It a warm, friendly environment, and Katie is professional, yet so friendly and caring, as we discuss our families and what's going on in our lives. 5 stars you bet. I’d like to give a 5 Star review to Issa. I’ve been with Sharp Image for 22 years and except for the first couple of years, have had only Issa cut and colour my hair. What can I say, except she is magic, she knows what I like what I don’t like and is open to all of my suggestions and quirkiness, but is not afraid to kindly and gently tell me when something might not work. Brooke. I met Brooke before she worked at Sharp Image. I would follow her to the ends of the earth! I tell people she is an artist with hair. I don’t know how she does it…. A cut here, a cut there. I always come away feeling chic and sassy. Very grateful Brooke.

Moved to the area 2 years ago and was looking for a new salon. The reception staff are amazing and make you feel welcome! My first visit was with Madison and I continue to see her. I was so very pleased with her attention to detail and friendly demeanour. I would highly recommend this Salon and Madison!

THIS IS THE BEST hair salon I’ve ever been to. Sharp imagine salon has a great atmosphere and the best stylists. I go to Brooke Newman, and she does perfect every single time. She knows exactly what I want without me even having to tell her. At sharp imagine salon you form a special relationship with your stylists after going to them for so long, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
I have been getting my lashes done by ev for a while , I have never once had an issue with the service , I have always had issues with my retention & ev has been my saving grace ! She is amazingly personable and very respectful . Able to make anybody feel comfortable & brings a delightful aura to every visit , love her company and very thankful to find her.
I give 5 stars for the worst haircut ever. A dirty blonde about 25 who never introduced herself never ask my name, only asked what are we doing here. She made it very clear , she did not want to be bothered cutting my hair. This person was very rude , unprofessional and had her bitch face on. Men stay away she bites.
Absolutely love Emilies magic skills for nails and waxing. I also am so thankful to have found a salon that will cut my wiggly toddlers hair. Super friendly staff, relaxing environment and reasonably priced highly recommend.
I have only had one other person do anything with my hair before, and she recently stopped. I despise change and was hesitant for a long while to find my new hairdresser.
This morning I built up the courage to call Sharp Image and book an appointment. To my surprise the day before New Year's, I was offered two different times that same day to partially highlight and trim dead ends.
I was attended to by Brianna who was genuinely more than happy to do up my hair for various reasons. Extremely friendly and great to chat to, as well as doing a fantastic job so quickly. I am so very happy that I made the decision to call Sharp Image and go in today to meet my new hairdresser.

The atmosphere felt more like you were hanging out, as opposed to just getting your did. Very clean and inviting. Every employee there today was friendly and made the effort to say hello, and ask how I was doing. Just an outstanding experience for me!
I highly recommend that you go into Sharp Image to experience a good time as you get all pampered up and looking good - especially with their many services available.
LOVE LOVE LOVE! I never feel anything less than amazing and always feel like my best self when leaving the salon! Amber has does my hair since she was in hair school and I've followed her everywhere since! Sharp is her home for good now and her and every other stylist in that place goes above and beyond for every client they have!
I followed my hairdresser to Sharp Image. This was my first visit there. I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. As always a stellar cut from Brianna. I recommend her highly. Satisfying experience all all around.
I have had multiple lash lifts by multiple different people in the past and no one does it like Cass, she is simply the best! All the staff are always so nice as soon as you walk in. If I could give more stars than 5 I would!
Isa is a fantastic hairstylist. I get so many compliments about my color and hairstyle. She makes my visit at the salon fun. Emily is the best aesthetician I have encountered. Wonderful pedicure and she introduced me to leg waxing and Brazilian waxes. Very professional. All the receptionists are professional most of my dealings are with Janica, what a sweetie, makes clients feel so welcome
If anyone is looking for an amazing scalp/head revitalization, Sharp Image is the place to go. I had a Nioxin Scalp Dermabrasion treatment today and all I can say is WOW! Debbie worked her magic. She hit pressure points and massaged my scalp to such a point of relaxation. To top it off, Debbie then placed a hot towel around my neck. Once the treatment had absorbed I was given another wonderful head massage as it was washed off and my hair was conditioned. To end, My hair was blow dried and styled to my liking. Yes, a good body massage is great, but believe me, don't forget your scalp and head. The TLC Debbie gives leaves your whole being refreshed. What a Fantastic experience! Had my first hair cut since Covid started in March. The Salon is clean and everyone was wearing a mask. I do miss not seeing the smiles but I am glad Amanda was able to cut my hair. Thank you ladies!

I've been going to Amber for my hair since she started her career and she's amazing, always makes me look gorgeous. But since coming to Sharp, I also started using their spa services. They're the most affordable with high quality work! I often ask for Amanda because she has such a gentle touch with all of her work, but all of the girls at Sharp are great! Even their receptionist Nicole is so kind and welcoming.
Shannon and all her girls do such an amazing job on hair and esthetics. Everyone is so knowledgeable and you are sure to walk out of there feeling fresh and beautiful. Highly recommend.
Shannon has been my stylist for over ten years now. I have watched her transform her salons throughout the years, always improving and updated. I have been getting my hair done at Sharp Image since back when they were a small group across the road. Shannon has expanded and then expanded again carefully selecting the most caring, knowledgeable stylists that fit in their family of ladies that are amazing at their craft. The compliments I have received are a testament to that. Most ladies I know will tell you that getting your hair done is one of our favourite pleasures. Everyone is curtious and always friendly. Nicole is absolutely amazing at the front desk doing her best to ensure we are all accommodated and everything is flowing smoothly.

I am always uncomfortable in new places, but I felt right at home at the Salon. Amber is amazing and I haven’t been to anyone but her in a year....really wish the pandemic was over, cause I need a cut and colour bad!!

After a couple bad experiences I found my way to Sharp Image. I've been with Jamie since December and absolutely love her, the environment in the salon and the outcome with my hair. I do not know how someone can leave the salon unhappy - great work ladies :) The website is great and very easy to follow offering a lot of info.
For my first ever dye job, I trusted no one else but Sharp Image. I arrived a little nervous, but was eased as soon as I entered the salon. Not only is the salon beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, but you are greeted at the door with a friendly smile and hello. They offer you a drink while you wait for your appointment (yum!) and you are always well taken care of. Everyone is so friendly and caring, and really want you to enjoy your experience. 3 hours into my appointment, the stylist and I still found things to talk about. She did a great job on my hair, which months later, still looked great. I have had many people complement my hair, and I always suggest they to go to Sharp Image. I can’t wait to go back and get my hair done again! Thanks again everyone!

I have been a client at Sharp Image for four years, both on the salon side and the spa side. Every woman who works there is incredibly talented. One of the things I respect most about Sharp Image is the lengths they go to to fix anything a customer isn't satisfied with. I've cried in the salon (because of a mistake made elsewhere) and I was comforted and supported. I truly believe that no matter what a client is looking for, someone at Sharp Image is able to create it for them. And it is beautiful to see the team collaborate and share their strengths. Just pure love for this team and the work they do.
I absolutely love this place! I have benefited from many of their services, and have also worked with their staff to photograph the many brides and parties that have their hair, makeup, nails and more done for the big day and have had nothing but positive results!!
My whole family loves coming to the salon, myself, my husband and even my toddler. The staff are always so helpful and professional. We always leave looking and feeling our best.
