SELF DEFENCE CLASS
Resolve Martial Arts, in collaboration with Orillia Sports Medicine, is excited to host a FREE Women's self defence class on Sat. Apr. 4th, from 5-6pm, to raise funds for Green Haven Women's Shelter.
This session will be hosted at OSM at 3285 Monarch Drive by Martial Arts Instructors, Josh Dicks and Meghan Cook, both of who are also law enforcement officers. ANY CASH DONATION will be greatly appreciated!

GLAD PROGRAM: This is Susan. Susan started out as a patient with Orillia Sports Medicine’s GLA:D program for osteoarthritis and as well as doing nutritional counseling & manual therapy on her knee. She was able to make amazing strides in terms of increasing her strength, decreasing her pain and blood pressure.
