As a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Counsellor since 2001, I went on to complete the 2 year Yoga   Instructor course at Georgian College. Physical fitness, health and well being have long been my passion and I am so happy to help others live a healthier lifestyle. With a B.A. in psychology from the University of Guelph, I find relating to people, helping them to realize their potential and reach goals to be very gratifying.

Currently, I teach yoga classes from my home studio located on Couchiching Point and offer outdoor classes by the water throughout the summer. I also teach classes at Crossfit Orillia located on Progress Drive.

I offer private and semi-private classes here at the studio or at any location that would allow for a yoga class.

Now offering *CORPORATE YOGA* If you would like to start yoga session at your workplace and have the room please inquire for more details. 

My personal training services are also mobile if you have a home gym or just the basics in equipment that you would like to have a custom program for in the convenience of your home.
