My Story

I like the idea of the 'Natural Approach to Wellness' and eating natural, whole foods.   My dexterous experience in cooking, teaching, creating specialty health/wellness plans, and an organic farmer makes my services a natural fit for both of us. I am well versed in individual and family nutrition counseling with hands-on experience in helping clients determine their nutritional goals. My ambition is to provide nutrition assessments, education and counseling to everyone to ensure their core nutritional needs are met, convert recipes into customer nutritionary information,  plan diets according to diseases and conditions and prevention.  From developing a program at Georgian College, I feel confident in educating parents about baby's first foods and throughout their child's life.  I raised two boys that eat everything, have no diseases, allergies not intolerances.
