~Daily Iron Tip~
Shrug it out! Next time you do shrugs, make sure to just move your traps and shoulders up and down...Never rotate the shoulders. Try this~ Hold for a count of 2-3 seconds while shrugging up and really focus on 'squeezing' those traps. Keep Training Smart! ~Mariposa Iron Company~
