~Daily Iron Tip~
**Tricep Tuesday** Dumbell Kickbacks is a great shaping exercise, and really focuses on the outer area of the tricep. Try this: When you are fully extending the dumbbell ( the 'kick back" ) really flex you tricep to put 100% focus on the area. Always control the dumbbell and be careful not to swing it while keeping your elbow against your waist at all times.
