~Daily Iron Tip~ Next time it's chest day, mix up your grip! This will hit different parts of the chest for better mobility, strength and shape.
Try this; When doing a flat dumbbell press (dumbbell bench press) keep your palms facing inwards as appose to out wards like you would doing a regular bench press.
